The full, natural brow is a trend that’s taking the beauty world by storm as of late—and if you’re anything like me, then you spend at least 5 to 10 minutes every morning filling in your own brows for the sake of making them look naturally fuller. If you’re not, then you’re one of the lucky ones—you either have those natural, beautiful brows already; or you couldn’t be bothered by what your eyebrows look like—and if that’s the case, then more power to you.
Alas, this post is for those who don’t have those naturally full brows or could be bothered by the natural state of their eyebrows. Though filling eyebrows in isn’t too bothersome once you’ve got the hang of it, wouldn’t it be ten times easier to just wake up to those brows already? Continue scrolling to find out the easiest (the hardest part will be getting up and going into your kitchen) at home ways to grow full, thick eyebrows. (Soon, you’ll be competing with Lily Collins!)
1. Castor Oil
(Organic Castor Oil, $14.20)
Not only is Castor Oil good for the growth of eyebrow hair, but it protects the loss of eyebrow hair as well and is effective in growing eyelashes just as well. Celebrities known to use Castor Oil on their brows are Kourtney Kardashian, Britney Spears, and Angelina Jolie!
2. Coconut Oil
(Fractionated Coconut Oil, $12.30)
If it’s not in your kitchen, it should be on your shelf. Coconut oil is a wonder product, works for anything from melting fat to sautéing veggies to moisturizing skin and, of course, growing back and restoring hair follicles. There are different kinds of coconut oil, though, so don’t go using this type to cook your next meal!
3. Olive Oil
(Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, $17.99)
Another wonder product, olive oil is used for skin restoration, cooking and baking meals, and hair growth.
All of these products are ones which can be found anywhere; from your local grocery store to a high-end beauty store—with prices ranging from beyond affordable to sky-high. Other products known to boost eyebrow hair growth are Aloe Vera and Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline). Hello, Cara Delevigne-esque eyebrows!
